Am a female single parent travelling with two 14 year old girls. Were staying at the Marhaba Palace at the end of may. Have been looking at this site for quite a bit now and have found it very useful. There are still some questions though that I'd like to ask.................
1) Have got the impression that tunisia can be a little unsafe (??) Will we be ok leaving the hotel as were are 3 females alone??
2) What is there to do in the location of the marhaba palace ?
3) Have read that the entertainment at the marhaba palace is relatively low key. What is there to do in the local area or even at other hotels?
4) Will we be ok walking around in shorts and strappy vests?
5) How much should a taxi cost at 9pm from the airport to the marhaba palace?
6) We haven't had any innoculations, are there any tips we should be following apart from dont drink water, ice, ice cream or salads?
