It's wierd now

It was ok over the winter as most of us were here all the time but now its summer people are all starting to go away.

All we've been doing all winter is talk about our holidays and now it's all happening.

We'll keep getting members saying, flying off tomorrow etc. To be fair i'll be doing that in 18 days and September.

When I joined this site 8 months ago it seemed such a long time before I got to Cyprus again but now it's only 18 days away.

everyone will be booking for 2007!

think im going to wait next year and book nearer the time - to be honest the prices are no dearer now than when we booked back last october. as ive said before - im not fussed where i stay so long as it has a pool, near the beach and things for the kids to do.

i bet you have already booked for 2007 lol

I haven't even booked for September yet.

I check daily for deals and wjhen I see one I grab it straight away.

Like this one now, one day the price for my flight dropped by £60 so I grabbed it, the next day it went back up and hasn't dropped since.

I know the feeling cardiff lad!

It doesnt seem that long ago since we found this website in 2002 when we were due to vacate alcudia. Having been to Zante,Salou,Benidorm,Marmaris & Tenerife gathering allsorts of information from other HT members it sure helps time elapse in between! & as i use different forums each year i feel like i know alot of you! especially when a name pops up from an earlier destination.

I remember that I joined this forum last year In Summer, ans It seemed ages away to my Holiday at the time......... and now Its only 8 weeks today when we return !

........ time really has flown.

........ It will be even quieter In July and August on here I reckon aswell

is now beginning to fly out to Cyprus :fly

so it's quite exciting to hear where everyone is going and how much they're looking forward to it :wink

We are off 2nd. of August to Paphos for three weeks, can't wait!!

Hi all. We are getting nearer lift off. going to Paphos on 14th June. Got a good deal with insurance today, all we are desperate for now is the tickets to arrive, then we will know we are nearly tjere. Wish I could just sleep and waken up there as I am a very nervous flyer. Had a nightmare flight on a domestic flight last week, so that has made me worse. Starting to sort out the holiday clothes now, so that makes me feel we are about there!

Thanks, Amber and Karl. First trip to Cyprus, and going by reports on this website I think its going to be brilliant. Last time we went on holiday chrmist suggested Bach Rescue Remedy. She said "put a couple of drops on your tongue", I was so nervous I was swigging at that bottle until it nearly made me sick. Must try the vodka this time!!!

Seeing as you mentioned, hic!, the vodka, the best way to hide it is to put it in a Sprite bottle with some lemonade as I do :whoops
