Thanks, just had an E Mail from the owner of the villa at Highland Reserve and has quoted us a good price for the 2 weeks, so I think we will go ahead and book.
Noticed when looking at some villas, they quoted the use of facilities at regal palms resort. Can everyone renting a villa at HR use these facilities or just the villas stating this?
I would recommend staying on the RP complex and had a really good rate from a UK owner for a 4 bedroom end of terrace house.
You can PM me with specific questions, if you have any further queries
I think if the villa has the same management company as RG you can but not otherwise .Ask your owner to be 100%
I just had an enquiry last week for a chap wanting my 4 bed villa for 6 people-not a problem. I am licensed to take 10 but only ever take 8.
Next thing he rings and says another two might want to come-that's fine I tell him. Then he wants to add another two and two babies-that's when I told him to look for a 5 or 6 bed villa.
I cannot understand the mentality of people wanting to cram as many as possible in-just to save a few pounds.
Wouldn't you rather have a comfortable and relaxing time in your villa instread of being over crowded. I mean-holidays are precious times-we all work hard enough for them-so isn;t it better to treat yourself.
Villas already offer such amazing value-I cannot understand why someone would want to skimp and end up having a miserable time
It doesn't cost much to 'go large' or 'supersize' in America !
There were only 2 adults and 2 children rattling around in our 4 bedroom 3 bathroom townhouse and it was HEAVEN having all that space to chill out in.
We found the spare bedrooms so useful for storing our suitcases and purchases, and as dressing rooms........ and no one ever had to wait for the bathroom !
Just come back from staying in a villa on Highland Reserve and would fully recommend it. Fantastic villa and a lovely place to stay. Any more info needed, just let me know.
Has anyone stayed at the Highland Reserve in Kissimmee? Recently booked for next year through Thomson Holidays - any info would be great.
Merged with existing topic.
yes we stayed there 2 years ago lovely villas and a nice housing estate you will need a car though
Just one thing -Highlands Reserve isn't in Kissimmee it is in Davenport .Might cause you problems if you try to map it on a sat nav if you put Kissimmee.
Just returned from our second stay on that development. We had a superb 5 bed villa in Gleneagles Circle /Drive.Very well equipeed with everything you could think of.I will be writing a review of this villa soon, when I have recovered from jet lag! Highlands reserve is so convenien t fro everythin a bit further fron universal though but around 30 mins to Disney depending on traffic.Incidentally i didnt use my ubniversal ticket so i am left with an unused one days for price of 2 which is a bit annoying!
Did you use West side Boulevard to get to the 192 and also did you try the 429 to get to Disney? These roads should cut the driving time
No we always used the I4 or the 192 as we weren't sure about any other routes. At least the roadworks had finished on the I4 which were on going from March 2004 to our next visit in August 2005!!
Got a great price for 14 night stay in august and want more info from people who have stayed here.
