Hi all i was wondering if anyone can help me?

I currently work in a call centre here in england and have been offered employment doing the same thing for more money in Dubai.

My wife has not yet changed her passport as we are have newly married and hasnt got round to changing her passport to her new married name.
If we take our wedding certificate as proof of marriage will she get a visa a long with me?

How do i go about getting a working visa? will my prospective employer arrange all this for me?

Is there anything i should no about dubai before accepting this?
