I have discovered the diffuser! I got one from Argos yesterday in the hope of doing something with my awful troublesome hair! And it worked wonders!
Does anyone know of a dual voltage diffuser? Or a gas powered one I can take to the dominican republic? Where can I buy one?
Isn't a diffeser just a hiardryer attachment?

The diffuser is an attachment. It alters the airflow. You can buy dryers with them fitted - normally these can be removed so the dryer can be used in a conventional manner. It is just a piece of shaped plastic.

Takes me back to my eighties perms. That's the last time I used a diffuser.
