Have you booked with Freedom Flight ( a tour operator not an airline often uses Excel ) or Freebird a turkish charter airline.

I believe that Freedom Flights are just a retail front for Xl.com (excel) - they are normally more expensive than going to the xl.com website direct & using the promo codes.
