There are phone boxes all over the resorts - they are usually coloured orange or blue (Mobikom) and you can buy cards for either type almost anywhere, mini markets/hotel reception, etc.
The Post Office (on the main road through the resort) is probably one of the cheapest places to make calls and there are also many VOIP (Broadband) phone booths, which offer cheap calls.

Personally I found that the guys with the laptops connected to the phones everywhere were the cheapest.
Yes - I agree about the booths manned by a man and a laptop being cheap and far less hassle than buying a phone card

Hi There, You will find the laptop phone people set up outside the "Corner Bar" which is on the main shopping street, just down from the Kuban hotel. Cheap and easy.
