Haven't stayed at Phokaia yet but we are Sunsail fans and have stayed at many of the other clubs in Turkey and Greece. We've been taking those holidays for 15 years and haven't had a duff one yet. It suits all of us (2 boys and 2 adults) and everyone always comes home happy.
