Does anyone know if you can buy a non alcaholic beer in Goa, ie like a kaliber etc.

Yes you can, Becks beer - alcohol free is available. I know because the old man came back very excited one day, he was very disappointed when I pointed out his mistake.
Why would it be a wind up ?? Its a straight forward simple question
