I think you'll be struggling with that one, Skannes is listed only as a suburb of Monastir, of which there are street maps, it is just below Monastir on the map, but not many guides list it in the index.

Just be aware that the area shown on the map as Skanes Alstadt is actually Monastir. Skanes is/was a small village that has now merged into the growing town of Monastir. The name remains and is mostly used to refer to the Skanes beach which is now home to many hotels as shown
