The Gillieru is by no means the best hotel on the island but... It is by far my favourite. I have tried others but always go back there. Have been twice this year and have booked again for Feb 07. Going s/c in Sept06 but will call in the Gillieru to see our friends.
I did consider booking direct myself once but found it more expensive. If you are a 'return' visitor to the Gillieru why not risk a phone call to Mary Rose and see if she will do you a special deal? As you probably know their site is http://gillieru.com.

I am bak there at the Gillieru for the 4th time this Tuesday...with the mother n father in law and the wife. if i can stick 10 days wiv them there then it must be good!
