I always have a bag full of this stuff for my son to snack on, and us incase of delays.

We always take tea bags, coffe bags, powdered milk, sweeteners and biscuits and 'nibbles' with us when we travel overseas and we pack these in our Hand Luggage and have never had as problem to date.
Very nice customs man was not in the least bit bothered about my Stilton or Cheddar (or the quiche, hot cross buns, M&S ready prepared rib-eye beef, salsa or biscuits come to that)!
He did say any poultry products would not have been allowed. Luckily I did not have any.
This makes me sound quite a sad person, but we do enjoy lots of Mallorquin food as well!
So Claire... I'd love to know... did you take the cheese??
