Hi, just wondered if anyone who has booked accomodation with med hotels has actually seen one of their reps in resort, I have booked through them a few times all in benidorm, but have never seen a rep. Just booked hotel pueblo through them again for 23rd july.

When I stayed at the Dalmatus 2 years ago we had a med hotels rep.She was there on a morning for an hour but we didnt need her as Benidorm is "home from home".
