Are there jellyfish at Santo Tomas at the moment? Just a bit concerned as seen a couple of comments about them but read many reviews where they're not even mentioned. Appreciate any comments from anyone thats been recently, thanks

It all depends on which way the winds are coming in from.
If you have a car, just go to another beach on the other side of the island.

Got back from S'Algar last week, spent an afternoon snorkelling in the bay, the brother in law got a nasty sting from a jellyfish.
The wind has turned and the sea was quite rough, which brings in the jellyfish.
I got a cracking photo of the jellyfish though!
