Have seen a few deals here myself, so had a search around. If you take a look at tripadvisor.com (lindos forum), there are several recent reports given by people who have just returned. They are all good, looks really nice.

Not sure, but air con is usually included in the price! x

We stayed at the resort last year in August and were delighted with the standard of the resort. My only niggle was air conditioning was an optional extra, about 80 euros per week! but worth it.

The staff were very friendly to everyone. The rooms were kept tidy and reasonably clean. The place was a little out they way in terms of Pefkos itself, about a 20 minute walk from the town itself. You have to walk up a hill to the main road then down to the town. This is ok at night but not during the day. They had a BBQ on a Tuesday dight where they got the residents to participate and the meal was very nice and reletively cheap.
