Pat ... some of the apartments are privately owned residential properties, others are owned or managed by individual booking agencies. You should make your request through whoever you made the reservation. Availability of low floor accommodation may depend on their allocation of apartments at the complex.

Thanks,I now have to book a 1 bed apt for a couple who are travelling with us but i cant seem to get a quote from Benidorm Direct.When you click to book it does not tell you how much they are,have tried ringing but either just keeps ringing or i keep getting the engaged tone.
I think maybe i will have to wait until tomorrow,just hope there's a 1 bed left.
