I havnt stayed there, i stayed virtually next door to it last week.

from the outside, it looks like a nice hotel.

the location is perfect, your right across from the town beach, & just a short walk to the Marina & the centre of town.

there are quiet a few shops & restaurants right on your doorstep.

we stayed here in 2003, we loved it, it's basic but then all hotels in turkey are, we stayed on the 5th floor i think which was great for the pool which is on the roof, the pool is not very big and the breakfast is basic, if i remember we were a bit later for breakfast one morning and not much left,
If you get a room at the front like us the view is great especially when we woke up looked out and a massive american ship was in dock,
it is on a main road but that did'nt bother us,
