You might mean THIS hotel in Sunny Beach which appears to be the old Maritza and a new Meridian combined.

Doesn't get you nearer to an email address, but travel agents have directories of hotels, and might be able to assist.

I have just come back from this hotel & bought the breakfast card back with me. I will have a look tonight to see if there is an email address on it.
