we always book premier seating due to our lasses 36" legs and she has no problem with space.

Depends what you mean by "extra legroom".

Willy books their Premier Service seats. I'm 6'4" and they are adequate for me. Also, Bucks Fizz and a drink from the trolley gratis!

Extra legroom NOT on Premier is usually at exit seats. They have masses of room. I can normally stretch my legs out straight. For these seats you are expected to be fit and able to take control of the exit door in case of an emergency. You would be shown how to operate the door prior to take off.

Thanks for help. Have just registered with holiday truths, not even sure what I'm doing, so nice to get my first replies. This will be our first time in Cyprus, we leave in 5 weeks and have started marking the days off the calender already.

Digby,We always book extra legroom with First Choice when we fly to Larnaca, what I would say is that one of the seats classed as extra legroom has less than others,it has like a bulk area on the door so you have to put your legs to the side on on top of it! Its not too bad for someone like me a midgit @ 5 3" but for someone with longer legs its not so good and eventhough you pay extra FC can't guarantee that you won't have this seat.

Thanks Keels for useful info. Is this the emergency exit seats, or is it the seats at the front of the plane, which I hear we may be offered? I am 5' 7" but my husband and daughter are much taller.

the ones at the front of the plane are premier seats think it's first 6 rows but not sure if it's these you will be ok with legroom

Just returned from Paphos, we were flying with First choice and got upgraded to premier package. It is the first 6 rows of the plane and you get alot more room. Free drinks also. My hubby is 6.2" and he found it much better as he usually really struggles. We also got extra luggage 30kg this was very handy as we were going to my brothers wedding and had suits etc.

Thanks, Hazbo. Cannot believe how lucky you were being upgraded! Although we booked extra leg room we didn't book premier, so we will just have to see what we get for our £30 each. We were thoroughly spoiled last year going to Croatia with Croatian airways.with great comfort, cushy leather seats, free drinks etc., but of course that was the national airline, even though we did book with a holiday company.

Just got back from Paphos, flying with First Choice. We had booked extra legroom, and would advise anyone with long legs to do the same. It was just great. We were at the exit and there was loads of room to stretch our legs. First Choice flight was superb, and as I am a nervous flyer, I was put at ease by hearing the pilot's relaxed voice explaining where we were e.g. "If you look to your left you will see Lake Geneva." etc. I only wish that all pilots did that. Best flight ever!

Could anyone please tell me what aircraft you were on that had the Premier seats? We are flying to Larnaca on the 16th of August from Manchester and it is usually a 757, we have been on the same flight for the last 2 years and to the best of my knowledge there was no Premier seats available. If they are now available it would be good to know as we are all quite tall. My son is 6` 2" but is only just 13 and for that reason we cannot book the extra legroom seats, but the premier seats would be very welcome indeed.
