When you open up a post you want to watch, scroll down to the bottom until you get to the following:
Click the "watch this topic for replies" link and you'll get an email everytime a reply to the post is made.
Alternatively, when replying to a post, click the checkbox next to "Notify me when a reply is posted" and you're automatically watching the topic.
