I can't seem to find how to stop watching watched topics
Can anyone help please?

Hi Sue .. in the top left hand corner, just below the Post Reply button and just above the author's name, you should see:
Alternatively, you can manage Subscribed Topics via your User Control Panel, in the top right hand corner.
