been to belek three times now stayed at the sun zeynep but have spoken to people while there who have stayed in both hotels mentioned ,and they seemed to think they were great ,all the hotels are situated along the beach which is great ,enjoy

the only reason there is a lot of euros in belek is that it crammed full with russians ands germans , i have been there in belek three times now and i have always found sterling to be the best ,never once have i been refused any where to pay in sterling it is still the strongest currency in turkey ,just make sure the notes are not torn or damaged, and dont accept turkish lira as change when buying at shops or the market you always lose out
all the hotels are right along the beach which is sandy with some small pebble areas , there are watersports witha all the usual passtimes ,all depends what hotel you will be in but most people meet on the beach and some discuss there hotels , the nearest town which the locals call a village ,is kadriya is about ten minute trip on an open sided bus .sometimes pulled by a tractor ,great way tp travel in the heat . in kadriya you will find lots of shops selling the usual stuff , that is also where the market is held on a tuesday . the town of belek is a wee bit further and you have to get a taxi ,the market is in belek on a saturday . it is very much a laid back kind of place with not a lot of nightlife but if you are in an a/c hotel you dont need to jump about at night ,just stay in the hotel and sample the entertainment and the drinks ,, enjoy
when we were at the sun zeynep we spoke to a family who stayed at the grida village and they were well impressed had no complaints whatsoever

belek its self is very quiet compared to bodrum or marmaris but it is very nice, clean friendly. we will defo be going back sometime
hope you have a good time.
they deal in all 3 currancies lira euro and sterling and what ever you take will be excepted
