Went about 2 years ago, was pretty basic, nice and close to the beach short walk from the main bar road too.

Not sure the weather is clever during the spring summer it is primarily a winter destination.

I had a really bad experience with my daughter there that would put me off going back, but other than this the resort is good, however if it is only a little bit more £ pick the Senegambia it looked a lot better as we spent some time by their pool.

Think you would get a little bored for 2 weeks though

Looking in the brochures they recommend between November and April, June-September having some rain, although looking at history not very much.

When you say might be bored, we saw there were trips, are there many bars and restaurants. We went to have a day by the pool and then a day going somewhere, is there not enough for this?

There are plenty of excursions that you can go - it really depends on what sort of things you are interested in. Have a browse through the other Gambia threads on this forum for some ideas. I went for only a week and thought I could have done with longer. it really all does depend on what you like to do on holiday.
