I havent been to Marmaris but it is very doubtful that you will have a fridge in your room if you are bed & breakfast. Usually you only get a fridge if you are self catering.

I took Sterling and a little bit of Lira when i went to Olu Deniz. It was so easy to change money in Turkey....practically any corner shop will do it at good rates. So i tended to change Sterling to Lira as i needed it. A lot of places will take Sterling anyway (more fun to pay in Lira though  ).

The bed and breakfast we stayed at had safety deposit boxes at reception and i felt very safe using them. Indeed i felt generally safer in Turkey than i would have done in Weston-Super-Mare. 8)

But back to the top for someone who knows Marmaris to look at your questions.

Forgot to say that there are plenty of ATMs if you didnt want to take too much money. :)

Hi just about the milk you can by smaller packages of milk ( pinar sut - long life 250ml single servings ) from the local markets that should be enough for one bottle. Just buy them fresh 1 or 2 every night before retiring to your room.

take a lille lira to get you started , and then use sterling ,i find that is better , the whole point in having a safety deposit box is the hotel will be rsponsible for any thing stolen make sure you get a reciept for it and try to get someone to witness you putting the contents into it ,and report any theft to the police right away as without a crime report you have no insurance claim dont worry be happy :D :D :D
