The Ebano appartments are on the road that runs from the beach at the side of the Jet appartments. It is about 150 metres back from the Beach.
We stayed there a few times in the late 80s when there was very little development around them. You have about a 10 min walk to the main shopping street and there is one of the main discos (Kiss)? just round the corner.
I doubt you will be able to pick the lemons from the trees that grew all around there when we stayed!
IIRC the water park is closer to the Airport and you would have about a 15/20 min walk to get there.
