Can anyone tell me what the dress codes are for resturants in the day time and evenings for both ladies and gents.
Thanks
in your hotel or out n about
both thanks
out n about i cant really say because we was over there for the new year so everyone who was out had jeans on got a bit chilly sometimes
Withey, as Wazza says, the dress code, and this applies to most places in Egypt, is very relaxed. Smart casual is the order of the day, i.e short shorts at lunchtime, long shorts in the evening and it's just not polite to wear swimwear for meals. You wont have any problem at all, just be yourself!
the gallery I would post a few pictures.
Some hotels, including the Grand in Hurghada, request men to wear long trousers in the evening, so its worth taking a pair just in case!
Thanks for that everyone thats agreat help
