Not been there myself, but it sounds like El Divino in Ibiza town might be your best bet. It has a nice resturant and I think it and Pacha is considered to be the premier nights out on the island, not the wildest though.
Ibiza Town is also a fantasic night out as well, which is where El Divino can be found. Espically the old town and with it's all night markets and personal resturants and bars.
