could anybody please tell me which package companies fly into izmir? and is this the closest airport to kusadassi? what we really want to avoid is a long transfer time. I know when we went to kusadassi a couple of years ago we flew into izmir but i have no idea who we went with.
any help appreciated.

Just done a search on http://www.a1travel.com and looks like there is quite a few uk airports that fly there(gatwick, manc, stanstead & newcastle) Where do you want to travel from?

Most of the holiday companies use Bodrum (1.5-2hrs transfer) i believe the only one using Izmir is Thomas cook ..but check when booking as they also use Bodrum as well.

thank you for all the replys, ideally we would go from stanstead but have gone from birmingham in the past although its 2 hours away.
