It should state clearly in the brochure what is included in the AI package. Usually it's non-motorised watersports such as windsurfing, canoeing, etc. Normally it states that other activities are available at a local charge, eg jet skis.

I have seen people complain when there hasn't been ice cream for the children, even though it wasn't listed as included in the brochure.

We are off to PCV in Nov. We have been to the Cayos previously and as the hotel is in the same chain I am assuming the water sports regime will be the same the wind surfing, canoes will probably be available subject to weather you may need to pre book if busy I dont think you will be able to take out the Hobie Cats solo you normally book with the watersport staff who take you out for about half an hour there may also be snorkeling equipment to borrow these activities should all be included but a tip here and there may help. There is supposed to be a free scuba lesson in the pool and an option then to sign up for a course for some diving in the sea and a PADI Certificate.

Can anybody tell me when an all inclusive booking ends? Is it when you leave your room or your coach picks you up?

I know that this is a rather odd question but our departure has moved back about 7 hours and I'm a bit worried on what will happen on our last day.

I have been to two all inclusive hotels where we checked out at 10 am in the morning but were not actually leaving until the evening.

Both times we could carry on using the all inclusive facilites up until the moment we left. most hotels will have a luggage room where you can leave your luggage and some sort of courtesy room where you can have a quick shower and freshen up before you go.

perhaps you could email the hotel direct and ask them what facilities they have for late departures??
