My Mum bought a Villa off plan in the Murcia area. Hers is in a village called El Agar - about 15k from Los Alcazares.

She purchased from a company called Propertunities and she was very happy with them - she said the assistance provided with all the paperwork and legal stuff was excellent.

We bought in Los Alcazares through Medsea who have offices in Torrevieja. They were brilliant .... no complaints about them at all. Everything was handled very well and they are not pushy,

If you are buying in any of the new or future developments make sure you also visit any area you are considering to buy at during the late afternoon (weekdays) as San Javier (military) airport is opened up to large commerical jets to land / takeoff !

During the morning / early afternoon the spanish airforce use the airport albeit not very heavily.

I'm told that some property companies only take potential buyers in the morning - surely not !
