We can have the pool heated in our villa for £60 do you think we'll need it?
Will be there 11th -18th September.
...............on the other hand, though, you can buy an awful lot of lager for £60 !!!!!!
I know re £60 Don't know what to do really.........We'll be out and about mostly so maybe it's not worth it.
The pool at our villa in Praia de Luz was cold, but once in you really did get used to the temperature. However that was in late July/early August so the weather was very hot. I certainly wouldn't have wanted it heated.

The pool at Windmill Hill isn't heated and we've been in quite happily out of season. Yours will be fine in September I would have thought. If you have it heated it won't be refreshing!!!
Thanks Rose - you've convinced me to spend the £60 on something more sensible.
Makes sense Glynis, you would miss that short sharp shock thing jumping in the pool. Also I should imagine if you paid for the pool heating it would be on a thermostat, and possibly would only take the chill off the water, so to me it aint worth it. I'm sure you could find something better to spend the £60 on I know I could. Cheers Jayjan
my opinion, for what it is worth!! [£60}. ...find a better use for your £60....that shouldn`t be too difficult on holiday!! ..have a great time.. i will be over there next june!!!
Looks like it's settled, then - cold pool for you and cold beers for the rest of us !!!
Thanks everyone.
