Have a look on your original booking it should state it on there. Then get back to the travel agent. "I don't know" is not good enough. It would probably be better if you could talk to them face to face and take all your documentation with you. Hope you get it sorted. Di.

when you booked your holiday, you would have got a receipt and an invoice. It's the invoice you need .. You should check it, and take it with you. If it refers to AI, you are okay, if not, you have not been booked as AI.

Without your invoice, the people at resort end can't fix any issues as it's your word against theirs.... go and find it... :shock: You should always check your booking when the invoice comes in,

The recipt say board basis "as brocher"

Have just been talking to first choice and they say PP only do AI so i will be fine.

Still not happy as i have nothing that says all inclusive on

Ask them to confirm it in writing as it is all well and good saying the hotel only does AI but there may be some part that doesn't. If you have it in writing then you have some comeback.

Don't worry, there is only AI at the pp, anyone could have wandered in to be honest as when I was there in May wristbands where never checked, well except my husbands lol. He got pulled up one night by the restaurant manager, but he never wore his and that was only once in a whole fortnight.
