Have been to Tenerife the last 4 years in Nov or Dec. Early December 2002 and 2003. Had some gorgeous hot sunny weather,just like summer,in the mid to high 20's.
Sorry can't tell you about your accomm.
(The last couple of years having been in November,have to say that in 2004 the weather was lovely,but we were a bit unfortunate last year,with very little in the way of sun,but still lovely and warm though.)

Tenerife Gardens are just around the corner from our place (Garden City)

A good location with plenty resturants and family entertainment bars on your doorstep.
Next to San Eugenio shopping centre with large supermarket below the shops and close to Puerto Colon harbour if you fancy any boat trips. Admiral Travel have a shop practically next door for money exchange and excursion bookings
