Hi,
I'm looking to go to Maspalomas for a week on my own late September. Not fussed what board, but probably prefer self-catering. I'm looking for a good standard of hotel / apartment / bungalow with a pool close to the beach (I plan to chill out and read a lot of books), and not too far (20 min walk at most) from a couple of bars and some cafes / restuarants. I've been to PR before and though it was what I was after at the time, it's not now. So, can you good people recommend some good accomodation for me please!

hi, have been going to gc for many years and always stay in the cordial green golf available without flights through http://www.findrooms.com also alpha rooms and travel republic or their sister complex sandy golf. Green Golf are duplex style bungalows on the golf course, sandy golf are single storey bunglows both really nice complexes and just re-opened after a refurb, they are quiet and peaceful with fab surroundings, with the bars resturants withinin a ten min walk. or the maspalomas beach 20-30 min walk for more bars/resturants without the hustle and bustle. they are both available through most tour operaters.
