Hi Brigger , I have just tried http://www.holidaynights.co.uk for next august and they are taking bookings for four hotels in Santa Eulalia , one a three star and the other are four star. Take a look and see what you think.By the way I used them earlier this year for Salou and had no problems whatsoever.

hi brigger try http://www.solmelia.com weve just booked for a 4 nite break in s'argamassa for £198 half board,for 2 people, the sol ibiza hotel is also available dont know why but half board is cheaper than b and b.we usually eat out mostly anyway.just remembered the fiesta hotel group hotels are available for 2007 also,they have the don carlos in santa eulalia.the thompson website in the hotels only section have several choices also but the advantage of booking with the sol,fiesta etc,you dont have to pay untill arrival they just take a credit card number,so if you dont turn up they will charge you for 1 nights stay. mo

hi brigger,have you looked at thomson hotel only on the net?dont no if they have the area you want but they do have accomadation only in ibiza
