My in laws do the 6 month stint every year, does anyone know if they can get travel insurance for this long as we are getting a bit worried as the years roll on.

try this site http://www.24drtravel.com they also cover for pre exsiting medical conditions , used them this year and didnt charge any excess like some other companys were doing.
