We stayed at Kapsalia Villas recently and they are excellent!
I highly recommend them.
They sleep 4-6 in 2 bedrooms (both en-suite, 1 double, 1 twin) plus 2 convertible chairs in the lounge area (which could also be classed as en-suite as there is a shower/basin/loo off it).
Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, fridge/freezer, TV & DVD player.
Towels and sheets changed twice weekly.
Panikos, the owner (also owns Rantzo Apartments, Pissouri) pops by most mornings.
There are currently 5 villas (more to come), all with private pool and off road parking in a very quiet part of the village.

Do you know Pissouri at all?
The Kapsalia Villas are up the hill past the supermarket and butchers, past the Olympus Restaurant then perhaps three quarters to a kilometer further. All on tarmacked road. Our neighbours walked it most nights.
There's a map of Pissouri here. Kapsalia are marked on the map as 056/059.
IMHO they are excellent value for money, well equipped and spacious.
We'd go back like a shot, if we could!
The owner, Panicos, is a great guy, popping by most days but not intruding. We've been staying with him for a few years now, but this year was the first at Kapsalia.
