hi only one i can think of is the villamarina club hope this helps
Hi, there there have been some pretty bad reveiws on this hotel in the media lately. And i dont normally take much notice of this myself as people often have very different opinions as there have been good reveiws as well. So i just thought i would point it out. We went to the Oasis Park Hotel All Inclusive for the last two years and have found that it suited our needs perfectly, even though we were all inclusive we still go out and find new places to eat. This hotel also has mixed reviews, but its definately value for money, we went DIY booked it on the flight sales in January for September paid £210 for flight for four and £550 for hotel through winter sunshine holidays. Hope this of a help to you, But it will all depend on your budget. Good look searching!!! i always find that one of the fun parts.
Been to the Villa Marina twice and its ok, I wouldnt reccomend it if you dont have young children (6-12ish) as the hotel is very family orientated and theres loads of kids around and it can get a bit busy. On the down side the rooms are a bit on the small side for a family but they are kept very clean and tidy, the pool areas are also a bit on the small side and do get very busy during high season. That said we always managed to get beds. On the plus side the food is superb with loads of choice and a carvery every night (as well as help yourself bottles of wine). The kids club and entertainment are run by an english company and the entertainers were all excellent, my kids arnt ones for clubs but got very upset if they had to miss. The rest of the staff from the manager down (Eva) are all very friendly and go our of thier way to help. The location is in the old town of Salou and for us is great, go out and turn left walk for 5 mins and your in the old town with real Tapas bars and no tacky tourist bars. The drinks prices are much cheaper here too. Its a ten min walk to the beach and only 5 to the train station for Barcelona.
As I said weve been twice, throughly enjoyed it and if my kids had their way we would be going there next year.

Can anyone help, and let me know if there are any good A.I in Salou. I have seen a few, but the reports don't seem very good for these hotels. We have a 5 year old so a family hotel would be great. Any sugestions please.
as you say the reviews arn't great for the all inclusives in salou,to be honest theres a lot to see and do so im not sure yould get your moneys worth from ai,the only hotel ive been to in salou is the el paso at port aventura and would go back tomorrow, its half board not ai,but theme park admission included and to the water park also unlimited when we went in october, the other hotels i would consider ( ive got a 5 year old also) are caribe.hotel port aventura, villa romana.dorada palace, have you thought of pineda down the coast, the hacienda hotel does ai,not bad reviews, also the donaire park gets good reviews and its literally on the beach, ive also considered the negressco princess hotel in cap salou and the mediterranean village(my travel) gets great reviews and excellent kids clubs, entertainment.tou can always get the bus/mini train/walk into salou. hopes this helps mo.
Hi Mo,
can anyone please help am looking for a good all inclusive hotel in salou with entertainmen t in the early part of september for seven days know estival park have all incliusive do they have entertainment any help appreciated
Depends what you are looking for, if its a family holiday with youngish kids then I would go for the Villa Marina, its not the newest of hotels and its not in the centre rather in the old town, but the food is good, the hotel staff and manager great and the entertainment team fantastic.
We have been twice and my kids (8 and 5) cried all the way home both times. Its in a quiet location at the top of the old town but a 5 min walk brings you to the railway station and the start of the shps there is also loads of very good Spanish bars and tapas bars there as well. We loved the area and found it far better than the "Blackpool" atmosphere of the new town.
Ok the rooms can be a bit small but they are clean and have air con as well, the food we found as very good with a carvery on most evenings and a help yourself bar with bottles of wine theres no dress policy in the restaurant so a lot of people wander around in shorts etc but if you dont mind that then its ok.
the entertainment team are all English and have something going on all day, my kids loved the kids club, we never forced them to go but if we were at the hotel they never missed the club even went to lunch together if they wanted to.
Its a small hotel and can get busy in Summer but September should be a bit quieter, having said all that if you dont have kids then its probably not for you as its very family centred.
If you need any more inf please let me know.

Their own website address is:
all inclusive hotels in salou.
I believe the Oasis Park is AI.
i went to SALOU when i was 14 with my high school and we stayed in a half board hotel it wasa bit out the from town beach shops ect, about 15-20mins cant rember the name garden some thing or other.
Villamarina Club is AI
Venecia Park is AI
Cambrils Playa is AI
My personal opinion is in a resort the size of Salou you don't really need AI, there are so many bars and restaurants I think it would just limit your holiday enjoyment.
Also the AI hotels listed above are generally pretty dated and at the lower end of the quality scale, I think most of these hotels went AI as they could not compete with all the better quality hotels on a HB basis so went down the AI route in order to still pull in some custom.
Hotel wise it is one of the best. The hotel is opening a new SPA in 2008. Don't know exactly when.
