Hi all,
We have an apartment in Obzor and are about to recieve our Bulstat cards. Can anyone tell me exactly what the Bulstat card is used for ?
I have read somewhere that we are entitled to unlimited entry into Bulgaria as card holders, is this correct ?
(After Jan07, I expect every EU citizen will have unlimited access to the country when BG joins the EU.)
We will be in BG in October to see what it's like "off season", should be interesting.

Maybe but probably unlikely as we may be imposing restictions on them coming here.
Possibly somewhat cold and miserable with not a lot open in the resorts. It has to be appreciated that the Bulgarian seasons are somewhat like ours, but hotter in summer and colder in winter.
