No but I will in December after my mates stay there! I'm down the road at the Alburquerque Villas at the same time. Lucia does sound great and their e-mails to my mates are very welcoming.
Only possible slight disadvantage is that it's not in the heart of Candolim -it's about a fifteen minute slow walk away (we don't do quick walks in Goa!). Handy for Flambe, Mermaid and Floyds restaurants.
I'd certainly stay in that area and will be checking it out for 2007!.

Glad your back Fiona (Well done to your O/H) hope you can get a website or reviews on the alberquerque villa's i know where they are but never looked round lots of people give it a good name.

Just thought I would let you know today received e mail from cocobanana ,the gist of it, availability for november,my e mail dated 20th July this year that is,only just received reply, is this typical of Goa, dont all rush please

The cocobanana is a good choice. I think they are a Goan/Swiss (or German?) couple. The place is fairly basic but scrupulously clean and they don't want noisy slobby people - that doesn't sound too good but you know what I mean!
