i have lodged a complaint with Goldtrail re accomodation in Marmaris but they have said that they dont think my photos show substandard accommodation and that no-one else made any complaints so they will not be issuing any compensation. i find this extremely unlikely as we know that at least 1 other family was intending to complain. what is my next step??

i had similar problem with them, i would contact ros the holiday truth recommended solicitor, i trust you filled out a complaints report whilst out there too and have kept copies of letters, photos etc you have sent them
