We were in Luxembourg 3 years ago for 5 days on a Eurocamp holiday, staying at Larochette. We had a day trip into Luxembourg city and there wasn't a lot to the city. It's a beautiful city with the old walls but by just after lunch we had seen all that was worth seeing. Food prices were similar to here.

I actually like the place. City Centre is typically pedestrainised with wide variety of shops. prices similar to France. The gorge is an amazing sight and now there are a a number of good bars and eating places dotted around the city. The Henri Funk (great name) beer is very palatable!
