We have been a couple of times to Fuseta. It is a nice place and quite quiet. There are enough bars and restaurants to give you some choice. There is a market there (gypsy) every 2nd week (I think) next to the campsite. We only stayed there for a week which was enough for us but 2 weeks in the Cabanas area we found better.
Depending what you want, why not try 1 week there and 1 in Cabanas? this is what we did.
