Try Surfing Playa apartments a little stroll from the beach. They are on the quiet side of resort but easy walk to join in on the fun. I haven't stayed there but passed them on my walks, have a look at the reviews and see if they suit. I can recommend the Jutlandia apartments BUT they are part of a package with Panorama or First Choice I have never seen them avaikable to book independantly.
