I have found loads for Mumbai here
There are obviously clinics in Goa- see here but I can't find anything else at the moment.
Have to say I don't fancy getting that done on holiday- unless I had had a lot of good references.

I've had eye laser surgery - though in the UK, not Goa. I'm happy to describe my experience, if anyone's interested. :shock:
