I have used Beninter 8 times in the last three years and have never had a problem. The staff are very friendly and unlike other places in Benidorm you get your deposit back when you leave and not left waiting upon a refund to your credit card or a cheque, last week we actually got ours back the day before we left as we had an early flight from Valencia. After your first booking should you use them again you will get a VIP discount.
