Does anyone know much about the Blue Water Bay Villas in Kapparis?
We are confused as a villa we are interested in, looks very different from one website to another.
We know the Kapparis area quite well, but have not come across these villas.

Blue Water Bay Village is a big development of villas, probably over 100, squeezed into an area between the main road through Kapparis (Kennedy Avenue/Kappari) and the sea (Skoutari beach).
As you drive from Kapparis roundabout to the Famagusta viewpoint, turn right just after Tony's for the main development. It stretches from Tony's up to the Kennedy Bar/Sunny Coast apartments.
Many of them were bought as Buy To Let and are marketed through Aquasolhotels on a 'guaranteed rental income' scheme.
