Hi there, we have been back 10 days now and the weather was brilliant everyday.
The temperatures were well above what we read up on prior to going out and most days was around 40c.The week before we arrived they had a major downpour (1st in months) that lasted an hour - but most said this was well needed.
People we spoke to at our hotel in Amadores were coming back out at the end of this month (as they have always done) and said it will still be very hot and around 30c-35c during the day. On an evening you can feel a cool breeze if you are in one of the beach side restaurants.
I wouldn't bother with jackets, and if you have a spare ticket with accomadation going for free - I would be only too pleased to take it from you !!

We returned home on Sunday all golden brown...the weather was fantastic!!

hi there. we also fly out on the 23rd. having been to gran canaria in october and november, you shouldnt have anything to worry about. it is usually 30ish. enjoy
