Does anybody know if the Sofitel Karnak has a laundry service and how much it is per item.
I want to cut back on the amount of clothes my wife packs, I know it probably won't happen but I want to suggest it and see what happens

The Sofitel most definitely has a laundry service and three years ago had a place where guests could actually do their own laundry! Prices for laundry in Egypt are usually quite reasonable so I wouldn't worry. I bet it's you who'll end up taking less clothes and not the Mrs!
