Which part of Cyprus are you planning on going to?

A lot of the East side closes down over the winter months.

Paphos and Limassol are open all year round.

Paphos is a thriving town as well as a holiday resort.

The weather can be very sunny at the end of November but it can also cool down quite quickly and it goes dark early.

You should have some lovely sunny days but it may not be swimming in the sea weather.

Have a look at http://www.wunderground.com and look up the history of weather in Paphos for previous Novembers. Remember that all temperaures given are shade temperatures and it can feel warmer in the sun.
